Joel Boblasky is a seasoned commercial real estate advisor with more than three decades of experience in brokerage, development, and investment transactions across Savannah and the Coastal Georgia/South Carolina region. Since beginning his career in 1994, Joel has built a reputation for practical market knowledge, steady deal leadership, and a client-first approach that helps owners and occupiers make confident decisions.

Joel specializes in commercial and retail sales and leasing and has been directly involved in the brokerage and development of multiple multi-million-dollar investments throughout the Southeast. He started his career with Garfunkel Development, LLC after earning a B.S. in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate from the University of Alabama (1994). In 2005, he founded P&H Commercial Real Estate, providing property management, sales, leasing, and consulting services for a range of developments—experience that strengthened his ability to see transactions from both the ownership and operational side.

Joel joined PIER Commercial Real Estate Brokerage, LLC in October 2013 and remains active in the local real estate community as a member of the Savannah Board of Realtors and the Savannah Hilton Head Commercial Real Estate Alliance.

Outside of work, Joel is active at Congregation Bnai Brith Jacob in Savannah. He is married with three children—his oldest works in Washington, D.C. within the U.S. House of Representatives, one daughter is pursuing graduate studies in psychology, and his youngest daughter lives in Savannah and will be heading to college in fall 2027.
