Anthony Wagner is an Associate Broker at PIER Commercial Real Estate Brokerage, LLC, where he has advised landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers since joining the firm in September 2013. He brings broad transaction experience across Savannah and Coastal Georgia, working in the retail, office, and industrial sectors with a reputation for clear communication, disciplined execution, and data-driven deal guidance.

Anthony began his commercial real estate career in 2006 with Melaver Mouchet, building a strong foundation in leasing and investment sales before moving to PIER Commercial. Earlier in his career, he worked in the IT industry as a project engineer, senior business analyst, and regional sales manager—experience that sharpened his ability to manage complex negotiations, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and keep transactions on track.

A Georgia Tech graduate (B.S., Computer Engineering, 1999), Anthony holds the CCIM designation and is a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP), pairing investment expertise with a practical understanding of building performance and long-term value.
