Lynn began his real estate career in Atlanta, GA in 1985. He was affiliated with King Industrial Realty for over fifteen years and was recognized as one of the top Industrial Brokers in Atlanta during this time.  While with King, he represented both tenants and landlords in fulfilling their industrial real estate needs. A sampling of the companies Lynn represented included CSX Railroad, United Parcel Service, Panasonic,  Brinks and The Athlete’s Foot. Lynn moved, with his wife Terri, to Savannah in 2000.
