Joel Boblasky, a fifth-generation Savannahian, graduated from Benedictine Military School in Savannah in 1989, following in the footsteps of his great-uncle Dr. Harry Boblasky, who graduated in 1930. He earned a B.S. degree in finance with a concentration in real estate from the University of Alabama in 1994. After graduation, Joel returned to Savannah and has spent the past 30 years actively involved in the brokerage and development of multi-million dollar investments throughout the Southeast.
Joel specializes in commercial and retail sales and leasing across Savannah, Chatham County, coastal Georgia, and South Carolina. His commercial real estate career began at Garfunkel Development, LLC, and in 2005 he founded P&H Commercial Real Estate, which focused on property management, sales, leasing, and consulting for various developments in Chatham County.
For over 11 years, Joel has been a part of PIER Commercial Real Estate and is a well-respected member of the local real estate community. He holds memberships in the Savannah Board of Realtors and the Savannah Hilton Head Commercial Real Estate Alliance. Beyond his professional achievements, Joel has been serving as the Vice President of the Oakdale/Greenview Neighborhood Association for 16 years and has been a past board member of the Jewish Educational Alliance, B’nai Brith Jacob Synagogue, and Rambam Day School.
